Re: Dual monitoring with a laptop
A is a pretty standard feature
B isn't and it's been covered recently so a search should locate it |

Re: Dual monitoring with a laptop
a) Using Laptop monitor + another
This is pretty standard. Most laptops (in my case a ThinkPad) allow you your choice of .display only on laptop lcd .blank laptop lcd and display only on external display (hooked to port in the back) .show desktop on both displays .stretch (horizontal) or extend (vertical) desktop across both displays b) Using Laptop as computer only + 2 monitors Matrox just released a product called DualHead2Go which might be what you're seeking. Also check out VTBook PCCard video for notebooks. Also Digital Tigers Sidecar breakout box. |
