yea thats what i thought.. wanted to make sure thoughg... i'm pretty happy i still had chips left after this.

Definate push on turn, but theres no way are you saving yourself any chips on this one.

There's definitely an argument for reraising and taking it down preflop. (More so if the cutoff is very aggressive and thinks you may be re-stealing.)
Of course if you try that and he calls you definitely won't be getting away from this hand after flopping a set (but it will make your decision easier). But in the end, there's really nothing you can do. He's going to get your money since you have a monster, and he can probably tell that by your betting (otherwise he wouldn't pot the river), and he has a bigger one. C'est la vie. Just remember, you can't deny the magic of Q-10. Just ask Robert Varkonyi. |
