I like it, besides the flop 3 bet, he caps jacks or better PF, raises a set or trips on the turn.

I put him on 77 or TT

Me no likey.

If you must, call the flop raise. Fold the turn unimproved.

I'm agreed. If he's passive what are you doing three-betting the flop.

If he were aggressive and you think he's making a move, this is a board where you're likely way ahead or way behind. I would just check/call the turn and river.

CallMeIshmael,

You're confusing me... why do you keep putting "Not" and "Still Not" before my name when you're quoting me?

The first time I did it, I put "Not Adam" because my name is not Adam. IE. I was agreeing with everything you said, and instead of typing out a similar message, I just quoted yours (obviously many do this), but felt it necessary to indicate that my name is not Adam.

This time around, I put "still Not Adam" because I have since not changed my name to Adam.

Is this a situation where I can just dump on the flop? My three-bet was more a product of confusion than anything else. The turn was an extension of that, I figured since he did not cap, that I might as well follow up and lead the turn.

But given the read, would it be out of line to dump the flop?
