LOL. Party Poker the company unfortunately is not a fish, and does not give the money back, except for that neat little concept called rakeback.

I've lost zero dollars to rake. If there were no rake there would be no b&m and no online poker. The rake is a cost of doing business.

Good point. The rakeback concept is still nice though.
