Default Being lactose intolerant sucks.

I can't drink milk, eat cheese, or eat anything with dairy in it. It makes me wanna take a big dump, but I just end up blowing a fart most times.

I've noticed that because I can't drink milk and consume any dairy products that my physical structure and frame and shrinking and that my strength has also slightly decreased.

What can I use for subsidizing dairy products that will give me the calcium and missing supplements I need?

Thanks.

Lawrence

My son is also lactose intolerant. I give him cheese/milk and ice cream made from soy. I also try to put some calcium supplement in his food. That's what I have done so far. They also sell pills that you can take before you eat any dairy. It supposely helps. Have you tried those?

There are other brands. Have you tried them all?

Also, there is a new kind that you only have to take once a day. I don't remember the name, but they might be better.

I'vew also read where some people have apparently been able to retrain their bodies to make the milk digesting enzyme by eating lots of yogurt, etc. Try googling this.

It could be worse dude, I'm deathly allergic to milk. Eating any dairy product would most likely kill me in about 30 minutes without medical attention, and drinking straight milk would kill me in about 5 minutes. Oh yeah and I'm allergic to fish.
