Default December Goals

It's time to set our December goals and note how we did last month with our November goals.

My November goals were:

1) avoid on line poker- failed miserably.
2) avoid B & M poker- failed.
3) get a paper route so I won't be available for on line poker or B & M poker- tried and failed.
4) get out of debt- ha ha ha.
5) don't get further into debt - accomplished, I think.
6) build a bankroll hee hee hee
7) read harrington's book - almost done with vol. 1.
8) play TTM on the computer- did a little, but need to do more.
9) if I have to play, play for play money or at least play within my non-existent bankroll- did better at this. for a time.

December Goals:

1) spend less time playing poker and more time writing
2) spend less money on poker
3) finish harrington
4) play texas hold em on the computer for free / practice

I didn't set any November goals, but I made 3 or 4 final tables on limited playing time, which is always nice. Last weekend I won about $15k by getting 3rd in a $109 and 2nd in a $216 (both on FTP), so it's been my best month ever.

1. Don't fail out of grad school.
2. Get another final 3 in a $100+ buy-in tournament. Hopefully win it this time.
3. Qualify for Atlantis if I ever stop being a pussy about playing these satellites (or if they fit my schedule).
4. Don't donk off large amounts this nice 'roll I've finally built up.

First time i have done goals so here they are.

1.Reread HoH1 and read HoH2
2.Win a MTT instead of being happy with a decent placing.
(I still have not one one with more than 40 entrants, had a few top 5 place for some good profit, but i really want that win)
3.Qualify for the £150k Xmas special on William Hill

My goals last month were probably contradictory: "Win more at poker" "Play less poker".

Well, I'm not in school for most of December and have no job, so December's much easier:

1) play tons of poker
2) win all 3 bodog guaranteed tournaments that I've been pwning
3) play lots of 10.50 HU SnGs and try out 21 HU SnGs
4) apologize to parents for bad grades and figure out easier classes to take next semester
5) find a nice live cash game by my new place (Ossining, NY in Westchester county. PM me if the stakes are 1/2 or lower. If stakes are higher than 1/2, only PM me if you/your friends suck really bad.)
6) keep records

Lots of goals... I think I can actually do all of them fairly easily though.

ok, november was lame, ive been sick more than a week, and i was kinda busy with other things, and i only got 113 tournaments in so far. Still managed to get a profit, but not all that much. And i'm not top 100 for the month yet (gonna shift gears these last few days) so i havn't done that goal.

ok for dececmber:

- Play a lot again. 250+ tournaments.
- PCA seat.
- Stop being sick

I've been wondering this for awhile. For people who play a ton of MTT's, do you just do the same ones, have a steady schedule every week or do you just look for whatever good games are running that day and wing it?

Also, I don't feel like looking so could you point me to this Exitonly spreadsheet?

My goal would be to turn some sort of profit and keep solid records of my MTT play [and maybe get in 400 STT]

-Move up to 3-6, 6max.
-Improve on November's $/hr numbers (my best since early year MTT heater)
-Play more MTTs when finals are over
-Post hands in Limit forum.
