Pickings are preety slim. You can play poker at the Cluib Regent casino - last I heard, McPhilips Street Station didn't even have poker.
Beyond that, you're probably looking at a private club. Of course, I may not be "in the know" regarding some hot poker action!! |

One of the Casinos in the north end of the city has poker. The problem with Winnipeg poker is the city is small and doesn't really have much money. I think the casino spreads 3/6 and 5/10 with weekend 10/20. The rake is horrible 10 percent to 5. So you have to be sharp to beat the game. The average player at 3/6 is probably a monkey but the rake is 800 pound gorrilla.......

Club Regent has Tuesday NL holdem tournaments, these are usually rebuy tournaments. They also spread 3-6 regularly and on weekends will have a table of 4-8 up to 10-20, whatever there is demand for.
There is a small room downtown called the Barca Club that spreads 1-2 Pot Limit Holdem cash games as well as small buyin NL holdem tournaments with quick escalating blinds. Tournaments start at 7:30, cash games around 9pm. |

I know there are some Winnipeg posters on here, so hopefully you will get an answer.
If you don't, I would suggest calling some casinos to see if they have a cardroom/what games they spread |

Thanks to you both, I had found Club Regent through google but was wondering what they spread regularly. I will give them a call and ask. If anyone has anymore info about poker in the area let me know.
