Re: Time to push?

Re: Time to push?
Insta call. He raised the flop without any draw. Very unlikely that he hit a flush. If so you have to live with it. I smell a pair bigger than JJ.

Don't you think raising would reap more value?

Re: Time to push?
Bet at least 6 on the flop. There's no draw on the flop, so when he raises the flop and leads the turn my guess is a10 or overpair, maybe air. I think you can 3-bet flop here because his raise isn't designed to make you fold. Instead of a push do 2/3 pot raise. You can get the rest in on the river, and you give overpairs and tptk less chance to fold. You can just mentally commit yourself to the hand. Remember that you don't want him to fold. If he's a chaser and you think he's gonna draw at something push is fine. Just hard to see a draw on the board. You also get a lot of desperation bluffs with a missed hand if you don't bet his entire stack.

Re: Time to push?
I make it 30-35 on the flop after his c/r.

Re: Time to push?
what do you think he has? he could have an overpair to the board and think his hand is best. I dont think that he is on a draw since he bet the turn. I would push here because he could think that you are making a move at the pot. He probably has a pocket pair, QQ, KK, AA, 99 or 88 mabye. If he has JJ well then u just got unlucky. Push here on the turn though
