Default Is anyone else doing the multiple $500 deposit to get Party Points?

I need to get to 50K points to be a gold member. Right now I'm at 24K. Should depositing 13K into Party Poker do the trick?

You need to keep each deposit in for 7-8 days in order to receive the points. You'll need 7-8 $500 deposits to be able to do this once a day.

I thought you could do multiple deposits in one day and get credit?

If you're referring to the cruise prize:

"As soon as you have earned 25,000 Regular Party Points"

Only REGULAR points qualify.

No, but I'm sure there will be such promotions in the future, and being a gold member means you earn points at twice the rate, regular or not.

Is there a huge benefit in becoming a gold member?

not really, which is why this tread is kind of comical. even if they offer straight cash back at 0.2-0.3c per point (and that's a BIG IF), all this churning will yield roughly $100-150. if you have that much bankroll to throw around, surely there something more profitable you can do with your money and time.

You may find it comical, but I'm sure earning points at twice the rate will come in very handy in the future. One need only look at the Party til you Cruise promotion going on right now. The difference between having to play 15000 hands of 10/206max and 30K hands to get a 12000 prize package is huge.
