Screen Capture- How Do I Do It?
I'm watching a DVD right now. I want to take an image from the DVD and get it into my photo album so I can later download it into my photbucket account.
What do I do? |

You can find free software too. I'm not sure how to do it in Windows, but I know you can find that program for free on multiple file sharing programs.

[ QUOTE ] link [/ QUOTE ] I gotta pay for a program? I figured any computer could do it. [/ QUOTE ] The problem is that DVD codecs use your GPU, and screen capture is done by the OS. This is why you need to get 3rd party program that works with your GPU to get a screen capture. Like Dead said, there are probably free ones available or at least downloadable. |

Well if you're using Windows Media Player I know the trick is to go into the options and turn off video acceleration IIRC.

Re: Screen Capture- How Do I Do It?
I have Zoom Player which is free so maybe that is why I can do screen captures. I'm not sure though.
