Default I caved

After many months without it, I had lunch at McDonalds today. It tasted [censored] good. I feel guilty though, I'm trying to eat healthier. [censored].....

How did you feel afterwards? I haven't eaten fast food in years and I think I'd die if I did.

No problems. I really hope I don't go into a fast food rut again.

This happens to me every few months as well. I go without it, and all of the sudden crave it one day. I get drawn to it like it's the tractor beam of the death star.

And I always feel like [censored] afterward too. Your body certainly revolts against fast food like that when you don't eat it for a while.

Same here. Must be subliminal messages in their advertising or something...

I haven't had fast food since I quit my job. I can definitely eat better cooking all my own meals, and this was one of the reasons I wanted to quit. I am down about 10 pounds since then. 40 more and I will be 100 pounds down from my peak weight from 4 years ago. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
