Party 10-20 NL bluff
folded to button, he makes it 65...I am in the BB, in a NL tournament I usually raise here but I just called with KQcc.
Flop J83 with one club, I check...opponent bets 65 I make it 250. Standard? |

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
yes, this is standard chip spewing. If you want to steal lead and fold to a raise.

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
His bet looked weak so I tried to take the pot away from him. Also everyone is scared to call raises in this game so he probably folds anything but a J or better. I could definitely be wrong but that was my thinking

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
I didnt want to lead the flop because I was probably gonna check fold. When he bet so weak I figured there was a better than 50 percent chance he would fold to the check-raise so I decided to try to take the bot

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
I dont mind the call in BB PF. I wouldnt re-raise here, especially with KQ. Even with a better hand, ill often call in BB when i know it will be heads up.
For re-raising, ill do this mostly out of SB with 99 and up, maybe with slick and AQ, but then i'm tighter than most here. As far as flop, no way i check raise that without a big reason you haven't listed. |

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
I think you can C/R for less and accomplish the same result.

Re: Party 10-20 NL bluff
I like it but I agree that you could probably make it just $200 and get same results.
