Creative players rewarded more in tournament or cash game play?
Hey,
I wanted some opinions on this. In your opinions, do you feel that creative players are rewarded more in tournament play or cash game play? My opinion is creative play is much more suited to tournament play, as it keeps your opponents guessing and makes you very difficult to read and as the stakes increase, you have many options to take to further take advantage of your image. Thoughts? |

Re: Creative players rewarded more in tournament or cash game play?
The stacks are way too small in tournaments. As the stacks become small, there are mathematically correct and obvious moves that involve no creativity at all. In a cash game, the stacks are big enough that several different approaches can be successful.
