You don't, but you do want to keep the pot manageable for the turn. I don't think 25 makes that much difference to the donks at $22 anyway..

i would give up. if he has a flush draw, it's probably Axs. if it's a 6, it's probably A6. or maybe it's 55 and you were smoked all along.

This is one reason you don't raise to 200. It's unnecessarilly bloated the pot. I check the turn, but not necessarilly give up. Villain will interpret that check as weakness and may bluff. I think you can call a manageable bet on the river, or hope to check down.

A bet/called raise on the flop will have 99 beat more often than not? Couldn't he easily have 77-88,QJ of clubs, or something crazy like Q5o to make seeing a showdown profitable? |
