Common Situation, Bad Ettiquite
Talking about a hand after the fact, say I go all in and you fold, then we talk about the hand and I say "good fold, i had the nut flush" you say "yeah i knew it". Well first of all you probably didn't know it, you just suspected that might be a hand I had along with the other hands, second of all it's a jerk thing to say.

[/ QUOTE ] Why is this bad etiquette, Bruiser? Isn't it just as likely that you're full of [censored] saying you had the nut flush as villain is saying he knew that already? If anything's bad form in situations like this, I'd say it's folding and then asking what the other person had . . . just my opinion, of course . . . |

Re: Common Situation, Bad Ettiquite
is this considering angle shooting?
Last night, i was drawing dead on teh turn and moved-in to bluff. . .as the guy is going back and forth, he grabs his chips. OH [censored]!! I look at him and tell him "I got you beat" and so he goes, "will you show" and so I say yes. He mucks and I flip over my cards. Bad etiquette maybe. . . but unethical? |

Re: Common Situation, Bad Ettiquite
no. i am talking about people who comment on a hand (e.g., "he's bluffing!") during the hand when they are not in the hand. you talk about other hands.
