I havent decided if it is temporary and if so howlong which why I haven't responded yet.

I went too far in my actions, but not my statements. My goal isn't to step on any mod toes, I just don't want good posters banned, pretty simple. I had no intentions of getting actively involved in this until [censored]'s response stating that he basically didn't care about informing posters regarding their bans; that's just not acceptable, especially when it comes to people whose main forums are the ones this site is created around.

I don't agree with some of the rules around here, but that's not my problem. I'm not going to answer the Evan-bashing comments in this thread because I honestly don't think they're relevant. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions of respond to any commetns you have regarding how much I suck via PM.

Is there a way to see a list of posters that were banned and the mod banning them? I have banned many posters and only reinstated one. All have been for spamming/rakeback posts. Most had 100% of their posts devoted to spam. The one requested I reinstate him and I told him to check back in three days. He did and I reinstated him in three days.

If is fine with me if any other mod 'reacts over me'. If someone apologizes and states they won't break the rules again it is fine for another mod to 'unban them'. This is especially true for Mike Haven in the internet forum. I appreciate Mike taking the time to unclutter and provide links in the 'sticky posts'.
