Somebody at work just got fired...
He was an IT guy and I guess knew the passwords to most of our computers. They sent out a mass email saying that we all had to change our passwords. Has this ever happened to anyone? Seems like the guy must have made a threat or something.
PS - it's a hedge fund, not that big a place, ~40 people. |

standard.
It is a standard thing to suggest everyone change passwords when an IT guy is fired, to prevent easy access for malicious purposes. |
