$11: Bubble with 99 UTG - Push Pre - Flop
My question is was I too weak here. I am in seat 7 and am UTG on the bubble. In reviewing this hand using PT I felt like I should have just pushed preflop. Any suggestions

Re: $11: Bubble with 99 UTG - Push Pre - Flop
If I'm going to play it I push. You don't have enough behind to make a 2.5BB raise when you have less than 7BB total. The fewer people you have to face the better, but you have to push. Your hand is too good and you do have FE.

Re: $11: Bubble with 99 UTG - Push Pre - Flop
I'm pushing here at the very beginninig. Gotta give people a chance to fold here while you still have chips. You're not gonna get anyone to fold with your initial raise, and it doesn't leave you many chips to work with post-flop.
Just my opinion....hope it helps. |

Re: $11: Bubble with 99 UTG - Push Pre - Flop
1. Why didn't you push PF? You have 7BB left
2. Why did you fold to the raise? You're getting great odds and now if you fold you're only going to have 900 chips left. Bad bad bad hand. |
