What are Lammers Worth?
I won $500 in Tournament Lammers in a Sattelite at Foxwoods yesterday. Unfortunately, I feel the tournament might be over my head and I'd be better off just selling the Lammers, if possible.
What do these generally go for? Is .75 on the dollar too much to expect? Note that I'm not asking for offers here. This isn't a spam post. I'm just curious. If they really sell for .75 on the dollar or so, these sattelistes could be quite a boon for my checkbook. |

Re: What are Lammers Worth?
I've seen tourney lammers sold for more than .75 on the dollar. After all, even selling it for $450 is a great deal for somebody who would've paid $500.

Re: What are Lammers Worth?
You should be able to get 100% no problem. Just go to the registration area the morning of the tourney and ask someone in line if they will do you a favor and buy the lammer. Some guys will want to discount it for 5 to 10 % but I'm sure there will be someone who will give you 100% face value.
I've done it before, given 100%, while standing in line and seen others do it too. In fact, if you happen to be hawking it while i'm standing there, I'll do it again. Good luck. |
