it seems they almost always have a made flush, is it even worth continuing at this point?

Call it. There is no sense driving out SB and BB whether you are ahead or behind here.

Well folding would be terrible since you have the nut redraw, I'd usually raise and call down if 3 bet and I don't improve on the river.

I first I thought raise but I think a call is better. You keep those two in when they have a weak [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or some crap.
