Are the ladies good enough?
Live $3-2-2 NL game. Good, pretty tight player raises UTG to $15. I raise to $45 with QQ. Loose shortstack goes all-in for ~$110 (I have seen him flatcall AA before here). Decent shortstack goes all-in for ~$90. UTG goes all-in over everyone for $152. It’s $107 more to me to call into a ~$415 pot, but it is very likely although not 100% certain that someone has AA/KK. Call or fold? |

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
with all those people in the hand youve got to be behind to someone.. tough, but doable fold.

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
With that insane play preflop your beat. The 3 bet preflop was nice from you but after a cold allin, then a cold call all in and then UTG isolates 3 people, you are bound to behind, maybe next time you have AA a similar scenario will arise and you will be able to take down this massive pot.

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
I Fold, but I have a hunch that two players are sharing high aces.

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
Theoretical situation:
Same spot, except this time pot is $500. Who calls now? Mathematically, the call is now neutral EV. Same spot, except this time pot is $525. Who calls now? How big does the pot have to be for you to call? Btw, my math might be off, so correct me if it is. |

[/ QUOTE ] i was about to get into this. your queens are definetly beat, but i don't think a 25$+ long run profit is enough to call. you might even see a 2nd QQ in there, so i fold. |

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
Disclaimer: I dump this every time.
Now that I fiddle around with PokerStove a bit, if we put villains hands as AA, AKs, and TT, you're 18.5% to win. Calling $107 into a $415 pot, you need to win 17.01% to make the call breakeven. If we have villains as AA,AA and TT you're 20.5% to win = +EV. If villains are AA,KK and TT, you're only 14.15% to win = -EV. Is it possible to find a call in here anywhere? It would be very very marginal, but maybe mathematically correct. |

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
I hate to be in a hand where my best chance of winning requires 2 of the 3 players to have exactly AA.
Though if they had AA AK AK... you'd probably be in similar shape. Good hand for info, though, if you end up seeing everyone's hand on the end. |

Re: Are the ladies good enough?
If you spike a Q and win, this hand'll also surely put the whole table on tilt, which will lead to more +EV spots in the future.
