It's theoretical information applicable, in some way, to all tournament-style poker, so it doesn't just focus on one game. "The System" detailed in the appendix however is for no-limit hold'em exclusively.

I use it on Party multi-table SNGs once in a while and do ok with it. However, I recommend making up a spreadsheet to calculate the key # and to display the playable hands, otherwise each hand will take you 10 minutes. I have one made up already. If you want it, PM me and I'll send it to you. The spreadsheet also calculates Harrington's M and Magriel's Q, so if I want to deviate from the Sklansky system, I have that information available to me as well. It's really nothing special though, and you could make your own in about an hour.
