New to limit, over played KK??
Like I said I'm new to limit so I'm nmot really sure how hard to play top pocket pair. Capping preflop seems obvious but should i cap the flop? After i run into so much resistence i slowed down on the turn and river but should i just let it go after the turn? Any advice or critism is appreciated. Thanks

Re: New to limit, over played KK??
after being capped on the flop, i prolly just check/call the turn.. but that might be too passive.

I play it exactly the same. Nice hand. [/ QUOTE ] Meh the turn bet was gratuitous. When he caps the flop we are almost surely not in the driver's seat. The river is the most interesting street as we can now beat a lot of the hands that he would cap the flop with but betting the turn is just throwing money away. Brad |

Re: New to limit, over played KK??
I guess results are poisoned here, since we know the river card, but you would check/call the turn? Once the river pairs the board (even though there's a straight draw), do you bet out, check raise, or check/call in this situation?
I assume you're putting Villain on QT since there's no pre-flop raise? |

Re: New to limit, over played KK??
Check/call the turn. I'm undecided between betting out or check/calling the river. I'd probably bet out, as I think the only hands I'm behind that villian caps is TT (maybe QQ if he's passive preflop).
