starting small business - accouting s/w and group

So this was a great place to learn all about poker when I wanted to start.

Now that I am thinking about jumping into the small business world, can anyone make a recommendation for an online group where the level of information is as good for that topic as 2+2 is for poker?

And while I am at it, what accounting package would people recommend?
