Default Good Laydown right?

$1-$2 NL game. I'm in the bb with J8d. 4 limpers, sb completes and I check.
Flop is 7h 8c 9d.

sb checks, I bet $10, co makes it $20, button calls, sb folds, and I call.

Turn is Jh.

I check co goes all in for $200, button folds, and I cant help but wonder why he's betting so much, so after 3 minutes I fold. Should this be a very easy laydown?

Yes. Not sure calling the raise on the flop was a good move. You had med. pair with inside straight draw. My guess is you were way behind.
