Hi Captain,

Could you please tell me how long a normal cashout takes? I don't have the exact amount of time but I have been waiting about 48 hours for a cashout from my acct. Thank you.

William

Ahoy there William,

The withdrawal process can take up to a week depending on the method.

Kindest regards, </font>

friendly advice bwana.

when whoring, don't start the email inquiries in 48 hours. use cashcheck to follow the progress. once it has moved to "work in progress", then wait another 48 hours (72 if weekend) before you send an email. red flag #1 is an email like yours coupled with a brand new account and a ton of BJ autoplay.

casinos are nothing like poker rooms. cashouts take longer, and there is some subjective decisions to be made by management. poker rooms have nothing like "advantage players", because if you hit your raked hand requiremenet, that is all you need. there is no 'abuse' in poker bonuses. have paitence my friend. if just one of these supergroups labels you a whore, your name will be shared with almost all other microgaming sites.

the rooms we have been discussing here, and all viper rooms as a whole, are very safe places for your money to be. they make a ton of dough, but emails like yours will never speed things up. they will only slow things down or raise that flag.

Excellent point Granny.

I messed up with the Lucky Nugget bonus on June 4. I deposited 50 and couldn't find the link for the 200 bonus. So I assumed I wasn't eligible (they have that "bonus for Canadians" that misguides you a little). So I deposited another 100 to take advantage if the 100% Match Bonus to a max of 150. Of course I ony got a bonus of 50 because the Match Bonus only applies to your first deposit.

So I emailed support on this, in an effort to get the 200 bonus or at the very least the 150 bonus. And I contacted live support and was told I was eligible but they were not authorized to give additional bonues and my account was being forwarded to someone who could.

It's June 8 now and I have still heard nothing. I'm not worried about it, it will get resolved one way or another.

Nonetheless, I hate messing up like this because I am forcing them to look at me (HEY LOOK AT ME. HELP ME OUT AND GIVE ME THE MAX BONUS SO I CAN WHORE YOU TO MY MAXIMUM BENEFIT).

It is probably in your best interests to not draw attention to yourself and give them reason to flag your account.

(unless its because you've had 3 royal flushes in a month and they want to use you as a postergirl)

There is probably a pretty good flux of whoring happening right now as a result of these threads. If I were them, I would be doing everything possible to at least "inconvenience" those that appear to be bonus whoring.

ill keep you posted on cashout.

please do.

since they are still using the "ahoy there" salutation, i would say things are fine. they get decidedly more formal when there is a problem, but the shortness of that email is one i have never seen. i have also never seen them say a week. this makes me think they know you are likely not returning because they are famous for very wordy emails.

btw, i don't remember which supergroup does it, it may be the group that has vegas magic. what they do is send an email while your cash-in is still pending that offers you an additional 10% to reverse it. i have taken them up on it before and if anyone has the proper discipline, i would suggest the same.

anyone know which casino this is? it has been a while.

I played poker at Captain Cooks a few months ago, just giving them a try. While there, I cashed out twice. I think the first one took 3 WEEKS and the second took 10 DAYS.

I was using PrePaid ATM (a processor that doesn't pass any chargeback risk onto the merchant)and I wasn't cashing out much more than my initial deposit either time.

I remember their support as very helpful (ahoy!) and quick, but that kind of cashout delay is absolutely ridiculous, so I never went back.
