Default On a run of getting hammered with monster starters in 10 & 20 NLs

Been on a bad run (which is all I think it is) with monster starters, but was wondering what your general policy is on these pre-flop (QQ, KK, AA). Do you make standard raise first in? Call and go for the trap? Come over the top of an early raiser or smooth-call?

(BTW, my bad run has been really bad. In one tourney I had AA, KK, AA in three successive hands. It went: win the blinds with a pre-flop raise, win the blinds with a limp and flop bet, lose all-in to flopped set of 4s).
