Neteller Bank Deposit? Anyone use it?

I see its only rated at 2 stars on the Neteller site, but offers fund availability in Less Than 1 hour.

Anyone ever use it? I am looking to cash out some from Party.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

That's a way of getting money INTO Neteller, not out.

You walk into your local B of A with a stack of $100 bills and make a deposit into NETeller's bank account, then fax them your receipt.
