Default super monday ualifyier hand...

playing in a monday super qualifier- a little frustrated after taking 3rd in the previous two, but still playing well IMO.

second round- 9 players left, i am in the sb with TT (T785)
utg (Y850) raises to 60 (min raise) 1 lp player coldcalls, i call bb folds.
flop 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

i check, UTG bets 40, lp calls, i check raise to 140 UTG calls, lp folds.
turn 5h
i bet 250, utg calls
river 2h, i check, utg checks.

My main question is the river check. I felt he could have played either an overpair or a flush draw, and while he would call with the over pair he would fold a flush draw- but he might luff at a missed flush.
I was intending to call a bet here, should i have bet out myself? should i have intended to fold to his bet?
