Multi-tourney strategy???

[Yesterday]

I was just sort of wondering why the same players are always winning these big multi-table tourneys. I know there is a lot of good players here, so I seek some advice about the way to do well.

So, do most people play many hands and try to hit and then get payed off, or wait for a biggie and try to double up. Or just outplay players. I just see the same players, such as KrazyKanuck almost always in good chip shape. What is the deal here??

Am I missing something, how are these players constantly among chip leaders??

Anyone want to give me a solid tourney strategy that might help me out???
