question for you NL buffs
i don't play NL much at all, and i'm wondering...
what kind of big blind per hour winrate can an expert NL player expect to earn in a good game? |

Re: question for you NL buffs
I would say 10-15x would be a reasonable expected winrate.
Competition, type of structure the game is and other things will contribute to skewing this number up/down. |

Re: question for you NL buffs
wow I think that # is too high you'd have to be way good or table selection is immaculate.

Re: question for you NL buffs
I don't think that's too high a win rate, at least not for the party poker nl games. my earn for the $25 NL games is well over $5/hour, which is 10x.

Re: question for you NL buffs
I'd have to agree with the 25NL and 50NL but the 100 and 200 is not as much an auto pilot NL game. daryn is like 10/20 player would not be satisfied with the earn at 25NL so what would the earn be for the 100 NL game? 5x BB is pretty reasonable

Re: question for you NL buffs
Maybe 5 x BB an hour if you're playing 3 tables, certainly more than that if you're just playing one.
By the way, it's interesting to note that on PokerTracker when it gives BB/hour for NL PL games, a BB is actually 2 big blinds. Check otu the "misc stats" table, and click help. It says it there, so winning 5 x BB according to poker tracker at a 1/2 game, is really like winning $20 an hour. danny |
