selling stars satellite-wins???

if i win a seat into a stars 200+15 via one of their $3 satellite things how easy is it to sell??

i've never sold or bought one of these before, but have seen posts trying to get rid of them on the forums so i assume stars has no problem transferring the seat to another player.
