I know if I had hearts, I'd try a checkraise....I think they have given you credit for a J at this point, after you 3 bet the turn. BB does not have a J or he'd have capped the turn.

It's UTG's cold call that scares me here....good checkthrough

Should I bet this river?

Yes. I don't see any reason to believe that either has a flush, so bet and collect from one or both that can't fold a hopeless hand.
