No details yet. Apparently it got announced on Vegas TV, as well.
Harrah's is no friend of poker, but they gotta notice the TV ratings, as well as the mob scene that is Tunica. 950 entrants for a $500 NLHE=GawdDamn! Guess we'll see shortly wassup.....

I'm optimistic. They'll either a) sell the WSOP to someone like the Bellagio or b) continue to host the WSOP but upgrade the casino to something resembling modern amenities. It's a win win situation. And now players won't worry that the Shoe will go bankrupt in the middle of the championship event (or any other event for that matter.)
