Default NLHE Poll 5: Postflop play from blinds

I am having a hard time playing on the flop heads-up or against a few opponents from the blind in SNGs, once the blind amounts start to mean something (say at least 50-100). I wish to present some situations and I would be interested in what others would do. Assume it is a $50+5 Party one table SNG, six players remaining, each player has about 1500 chips. In the first three rounds of the SNG you have established an image as a tight, rock-type player. All other players in the hand are average players in aggressiveness and tightness.

[polltitle=5. You are in BB with J9spades. Player in second position minimum raises to $200, you call. Two-player flop comes Th 8c 5s, giving you an open-ended nut straight draw. Do you:]

[polloption=Check-fold]
[polloption=Check-call]
[polloption=Check-call, unless bet to you is minibet, then raise all-in]
[polloption=Check-raise all-in any bet]
[polloption=Minibet $100 and fold a pot-sized raise.]
[polloption=Minibet $100 and call a pot-sized raise.]
[polloption=bet out with a $300-$400 bet, but fold to a raise]
[polloption=bet out with a $300-$400 bet, call any raise]

Default Broken poll, needs fixing

I tend to check-raise all-in here, unless my history with this player teaches me that they mini-raise with big hands. In that case, I probably check-call if they don't bet too much.
