Default Poker Starting hand names

I know there's a bunch of them. Does anybody have a link that lists most of them? I tried to google one but couldn't find anything.

"Joe Montana Banana," 94 (unsuited) was funny, in my opinion. While I expected the 83 to have another name, as I did about few other hands also.

Does someone from 2+2 run the poker forum? I noticed they had the Grannie Mae (Qs5s) and the Mike Haven (never heard of this one, but he is a poster here).
