Winning percentage for good tournament players

I play a lot of Pokerstars, 1 and 2 table tournaments. I was wondering how often a very good tournament player (not myself) would be expected to place in the money, or place in first place, in such tournaments. Thanks for your views.

Ask on the tourney forum ... I think the going rate for a good SnG player is something like a 40% ROI. Not sure how that breaks down by 1st, 2nd, 3rds.
