I now have a straight and the nut flush draw.
I bet, UTG calls and MP raises. I am pretty sure he doesnt have a flush, or straight. But I dont reraise because I feel UTG's hand either can't beat mine, or already beats mine. Plus if I reraise he will probally fold assuming his hand is worse. So I just call, as does he. I now know he doesnt have the flush. Correct?

I bet, both call and I take it down?

Did I play the turn weakly?

I'd 3-bet the turn every time here. You probably have the best hand, low-limit players like calling a lot more than folding, and just in case you're behind you have outs to the nuts. 3-betting pre-flop and betting the flop are also things to consider.
