Big call - interesting
$15-30. Unknown young player (who seems to be playing a lot of hands) in SB vs. Tough, aggressive, young regular in BB.
Pre-flop - wasn't paying much attention, I think 4 or 5 players saw the flop. Flop - wasn't paying much attention, but there was a little action. Not a huge pot at this point. These two guys see the turn. The turn gives us the following board: (3d 4c 5h) 4h SB bets. BB raises. SB 3-bets. BB is surprised, thinks a bit, and calls. River (3d 4c 5h 4h) 4s SB ponders for a little bit, shuffles his chips, acts a little indecisive, then bets. BB instantly calls. I was very surprised by both hands. Results in the next post. |

SB hemmed and hawed after being called and waited for BB to turn over his hand. BB waited for SB.
SB turns over A6o. BB turns over Ah7h - seven plays. |

Just wondering, was the regular Beetz? [/ QUOTE ] No, once he starts 3-betting the turn like I keep telling him to do, I'll consider describing him as Tough. I wonder how young beetz would have played the hand, though. Maybe call the turn 3-bet and turbo-muck on the river. But maybe he would have stepped up with a big 4-bet. What say you, beetz? |
