I'd put him on a flush draw, he is chip leader, I don't see him staying in anything besdies Ax suited or two high cards. If he had a higher pair he probably would have reraised you preflop thinking you were strong enough to call him.
I'd call and if a spade comes I'd be scared.

My thoughts.

The fact that villain is the "chip leader" doesn't play in much outside of a tournament, unless you have a read that villain plays super aggro with the biggest stack at the table.

From your read, Villain is a "solid player". What hands does a "solid player" check raise with on this flop? None you can beat, right (ie. you are not favored if he has high spades)?

There is really no play here for you except to fold.

Make sure you bet 3/4 to full pot on this flop when you bet. You're $4 bet prices in all kinds of draws.

This flop requires a bet the size of the pot, there are no metagame concerns, so price out his probable flush draw. I don't like overbetting the flop here because you have two opponents.

If a spade comes, buckle down and play poker, if not be aggressive and expect to make something out of this alot of the time
