Default Player ratings

This might be in the wrong forum, but I am sure someone here knows the answer to this.

What are the most usefull auto-rate player rules for pokertracker. Is it the defaults are is there one that is standard for the micro's. I saw the thread in the FAQ for the bisons rules, but I don't know if they are the ones I need. I downloaded some from another site and got massivly confused with the icon and terminology change.

This might be something small, but I just want to have the best rules available for playing .50/1 and 1/2

Don't get tied into the raitings. Just because someone gets assigned a little icon, doesnt mean you don't take notes on a player, or have to watch how his play varies during a session and from session to session. Forget about the icons the ratings, etc, etc. Look at his numbers, take notes on how he plays and remember no two players think or play exactly the same. Notes will serve you better than an arbitrary ranking.
