Default two 0.5/1 hands on party

Hi all, this is my first post in the 2+2 forums and I hope that I did everything correct. I'd really like to improve my game and I appreciate any kind of advice.

No reads on the players since I am new to the table.

Flop: (9 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, CO raises, Button folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG folds, CO calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

River: (10 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 12 BB

Thoughts?

also no reads on the other hand (happened at another table almost at the same time):

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (6 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

River: (12 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 12 BB

did I play this too aggressive and if not, is it correct to check the river behind?

Thanks in advance :-)
