Default Open Limping

Are any of you doing this and showing a real profit? If so, I'm curious to know what hands, game types, and opponent types where this becomes the "correct" play.

Also, is anybody limping after 1 caller?, 2 callers? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks

Without callers, not really. Most on the forum will tell you the same. Maybe with a bunch of 80/0's after me.

After 1 or 2 callers it becomes much more appropriate.

It's very rarely a good move. I'll do it on the button with say A4o if I feel like I'll never take down the blinds and they suck post flop. Notice the parlay there though. I have to have a big-little off suit combo that's good enough to play, I have to be on the button, the blinds are very loose, and they totally suck post flop. That's not often at all. Like a couple times every thousand hands. One or two limpers is different. I'll just refer you to the starting hand chart: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...t=1#Post1897985
Make sure you read the whole thread the generally accepted chart is near the end of the thread.
