AK OOP analysis

Trying to learn how to analyze a hand. Appreciate other thoughts.

Setup
$10 MTT @ PP 2380 ppl 2380000 chips in play, 157 left 220 paid 1st pays $5k. BB = 1000, 10 handed.

chips and reads
MP2 14000
MP3 24000
SB (Hero) 20000
BB 14000
MP2 is pretty solid. Tiny loose on some openings, but usually tight thereafter. MP3 is similar to MP2, but I've been playing with him a shorter time, so not sure. BB is new to the table, no reads.

Action

folded to MP2 who raises to 2700
MP3 calls
folded to Hero in SB who has A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Pot is now 6900, stacks now 11700, 21300, 19500, 13000

Simple thought
Big hand. Out of position. Want all 5 of my cards to have chance to hit. Reasonable chance they'll fold to squeeze-like play, but okay if called, chance to double for more chips or be done. Push.

simple odds
Assume one caller (the 2nd since his call would indicate stronger hand, but also just for simplicity) with underpair. 45% chance for Hero to hit 6 outs in 5 cards, losing is 0 chips, winning will be 44200, for +390EV. Push.

other
Also did some range calculations, but they're tedious. Basically it seems if I put the caller as only calling the raise with AA KK AK and QQ, then odds are I'm dead. If I open that up to include JJ, then it turns to 50/50 again, (enough possibilities that I'm with above mentioned underpair) and it's barely +EV. Looking back on it, I didn't realize how slight the +EV was (if I even am calculating it correctly). It would seem this would be clearer if the pot was half my stack at decision time (say, if my stack was 15000 instead of 20000). Or if my stack was 25000 then this would be an easy call for a flop. Stealing the chips is worth a big chunk of stack growth, and of course doubling looks nice too. Is this really a correct analysis, or is my thinking fuzzy?

You also need to consider how often you believe everyone folds to your push to complete any analysis.
