I'd fold the flop. Your outs are very suspect.

I play both. I post a bunch here. Is it really that bad to occasionally put a 5/10 hand here?

I need 4 outs. I get 1.5 from my backdoor flush draw. You don't think my overcards are worth 2.5 combined?

Problems:

1/Your backdoor fd is not to the nuts.
2/You are not closing the action.
3/Every one of your outs, except the rare backdoor gutter sd, carries bad implied odds.

I think this is a very easy fold to the 3bet.

You're getting 15:2 on your flop call. 9 from preflop + 6 from the flop betting so far, and you have to call 2.

7.5:1 isn't very good odds for your hand, so I'd fold the flop. I'd say about 4 effective outs.

You need much more than 4 outs. Coincidently, I'd say you had about 4 (maybe 4.5) outs here total. Fold the flop.
