Default I got owned - Party 5/10 6max

Villain is 26-10 seems good and aggressive. I am making some moves so generally the table is in the mood of playing back at me.
I think I got pwned badly in this hand.. any suggestions about flop or turn ? Which play sucks the most ?

Why do you reraise the flop? You have position, a super hand, and you dont mind seeing more cards.

You can always push the turn after he leads on a big semi-bluff/might have the best hand kinda play.

I agree. And if I re-raise on the flop it's definitely not because I'm going to be folding to a push on a blank turn. That makes no sense. If you think you're drawing just because he calls the re-raise, then why make the re-raise?

Your problem is that your flop reraise leaves you unable to call his turn allin pot bet. If you kept pot small on the flop or got allllllllllllllin on the flop you would have no problem here.

The pot size on flop definitely got you in trouble; as creed said, you want to get all in or keep pot smaller here.

I've made these type of mistakes too. Usually, I know I should be doing, but think "I have a monster, I cant play this weak" and end up getting my self in trouble. With big draws, great advice is that if you cant stick it in with odds plus f/e on flop keep it small as you're probably drawing.

Then you're turn decisions are easier.

call the min raise, or 3 bet BIGGER, getting it all in on flop heads up with top pair nut flush draw is a fine play with 100 BB stacks. I prefer getting it all in on flop, that's just my style though, big draws I almost NEVER fold.

By shoving on the flop, you can rep AJ and possibly fold villain's ace-better kicker, and if he has a drawing hand it would serve as a value bet.
