Importing hand histories from Paradise?

I'm trying to figure out how to import hand histories from Paradise with Poker Tracker--if anyone has been using Poker Tracker on Paradise I would greatly appreciate any help since I am so computer illiterate.

So, a couple questions...do I have to request the hand histories while I'm on the site manually (which I've been doing), or is the auto-request function on Poker Tracker set to import from Paradise automatically? If I receive the hand histories in an e-mail, how do I configure Poker Tracker to read the histories?

sounds like you're a couple clicks away. Request through email. Click Import hand histories. Then either Check email or check pop email. Be sure to read the * below on the import histories page as it might answer some of your questions
