Folding KK?

I dont play a lot of MTT's and I think my play here is questionable...
Stars 11 Rebuy...
Im 6th Chip leader
8th and 10th are also at my table
4 tables left until final...
Cant find the hand in history, please do your best for me...

Figures are not accurate but get the point across
Blinds 50/100
I have 6500 Chips
MP1 has 3500 Chips
Button Has 6000 Chips

MP1 raises to 400
Button RR to 2500
I Push...
Both Call...

Is this play incorrect? Anyone tempted to drop the KK this late in the tourney?

<font color="white"> I push the KK, MP1 has AA, but only 3500 chips, Button overcalls my all in with K10s (nearly as many chips as mine) and flops nut str8 on flop... The reason I am asking here is because I ran the odds and K10S actually has more hand equity than me here....
