Default 20/40 - is there any other way to play this? 3handed A4

Villain is a 50/20/.9. Pretty aggressive postflop but not crazy.

Party Poker 20/40 Hold'em (3 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

I think your only option would be to fold the turn. But I am not keen on folding top pair three handed without a really strong read. NH.
