QQ re-raised ...
PS 5$ rebuy, just after first hour with 6000 chips, 500 less than vilain. 2 calls, on the CO I make it 750 with QQ, Vilan (button) re-raise to 3750, all-fold.
What do you do? Does the fact that it's a $5 + R tourney it is easier to call? |

Re: QQ re-raised ...
I think you see that kind of raise from AK, QQ, JJ, TT, 99 alot more than AA and KK. That said, if you feel like you are alot better than the field, you could pass it up if you wanted to. I'm pretty sure I call without any read on the player.

[/ QUOTE ] I`m not better than the field, I am maybe better than 50% or more but I need chips in this kind of tourney (Rebuy), so I think that if my JJ/QQ/KK run into highr PP than be it. If some 2+2er can't pass small edge, I definitely can't. However, I felt he had a higher PP but didn't have the courage to let it down... Ran into KK. Would you be able to fold it? |

Re: QQ re-raised ...
Very easy call, particularly just after the rebuy period. At this stage of a $5 rebuy period, villain could have anything. As other poster said, a big raise is more likely AK or JJ than KK or AA.

Re: QQ re-raised ...
No, as I found to my cost about 20 minutes ago, about 8500 (6500 average) in PS $5, 300 left, 270 paid... was raised to 700, i reraised to 1400, and then he reraised me all in (again, only just having me covered) - And again, I felt that maybe I was running into kings or aces, but I couldn't fold it, and kings it was. I feel it was a bad call on my part really, but you live and learn
